Cavita encompasses food traditions from all over Mexico, from the capital, where Adriana was born, across to Oaxaca and the Yucatan. In the restaurant’s basement you can find Mayahuel Mezcalería, a secret mezcal bar serving signature cocktails including the Cavita Margarita and a huge range of sipping mezcals. Both the restaurant and bar are now open for bookings at 56 Wigmore Street.
