The term 'The Estate' or 'The Howard de Walden Estate’ or ‘Howard de Walden Estates Holdings Limited’ or ‘Howard de Walden Management Limited ‘ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 27 Baker Street London W1U 8EQ. Our company registration number is: 06439246. Unless otherwise stated, all the material on this website is the property of The Howard de Walden Estate.
The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Privilege Card Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the entire Marylebone Village Privilege Card Scheme (the “Scheme”) and the use of the Marylebone Village Privilege Card. Any membership of or participation in the Scheme or use of the Marylebone Village Privilege Card will be treated as acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms set out the terms of the agreement between Howard de Walden Estates Limited (“The Howard de Walden Estate”), the retailers and leisure operators participating in the Scheme (the “participating retailers”) and the holders of the Marylebone Village Privilege Card. The Howard de Walden Estate reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
1. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card is free of charge for Marylebone Village residents and/or those who work in Marylebone Village. The boundaries of the Marylebone Village are highlighted in purple in the attached map. All members of the Scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card is only valid in Marylebone Village branches of participating retailers. Details of participating retailers can be found on the Marylebone Village website www.marylebonevillage.com/privilege-card. The list of participating retailers is subject to change from time to time, without notice. Please check the above website for current participants. The Howard de Walden Estate shall have no liability for any loss and/or disappointment caused as a result of any retailers ceasing to participate in the Scheme.
3. Holders of a Marylebone Village Privilege Card may receive 10% off any full price purchases made at participating retailers (and any other benefits as notified to the members from time to time via the newsletter) on showing their Marylebone Village Privilege Card at the point of purchase.
4. To apply for a Marylebone Village Privilege Card, please visit www.marylebonevillage.com/privilege-card and complete the application form. If your application is accepted, the criteria are met and you have received a confirmation notification, your Marylebone Village Privilege Card can be collected from 20 Bentinck Street, Marylebone, London W1U 2EU, Monday to Friday. Please bring a copy of the confirmation notification and your identification with you for validation. Your Marylebone Village Privilege Card is for personal use only and not to be shared with third parties.
5. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card must be presented at the time of purchase and is only applicable for in-store purchases at the Marylebone Village branch of the participating retailer. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card is not a credit or debit card and cannot be used as such.
6. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card may only be used by the authorised signatory. Cardholders may be asked to provide proof of identity at the time of purchase.
7. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card can only be used on full priced merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions or card schemes.
8. Where you request a refund (under the terms and conditions of the participating retailer’s refund policy) in relation to a purchase made with a Marylebone Village Privilege Card, you must present your Marylebone Village Privilege Card.
9. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card does not guarantee entry into the premises of any participating retailer. Management of participating retailers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or sale to any individual.
10. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card remains the property of The Howard de Walden Estate at all times and The Howard de Walden Estate reserves the right to withdraw the Scheme at any time and for any reason. In the event of such withdrawal, The Howard de Walden Estate will confirm the last date for use of the Marylebone Village Privilege Card on MaryleboneVillage.com
11. Your Marylebone Village Privilege Card may be cancelled at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud or a breach of these terms. You will be notified by email in the event that your Marylebone Village Privilege Card is cancelled, such notification taking effect immediately, and you will be required to promptly return your Marylebone Village Privilege Card.
12. It is your responsibility to promptly notify privilegecard@marylebonevillage.com of any change of name, address and email.
13. In the event of loss of your Marylebone Village Privilege Card you will be responsible for notifying privilegecard@marylebonevillage.com, who will issue you with a replacement Marylebone Village Privilege Card on proof of membership.
14. The Howard de Walden Estate has the right to deny any applicant that does not live or work in the qualifying Marylebone Village area (or for any other reason, in its sole discretion) from receiving a Marylebone Village Privilege Card. The Marylebone Village area is highlighted in purple in the attached map.
15. Marylebone Village Privilege Cards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
16. The Privilege Card Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts, including the government's Eat Out to Help Out Scheme.

18. 19. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Terms.
20. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
The Marylebone Village
